Great Weekend

Had a busy weekend. Friday night Kane went over to play with Cousins Molly & Rory while we went to ribfest with Nikki. And oh my gosh that was the best ribs I have ever had.
Saturday morning we went over to Uncle Mathew's house and met his little girl Kayt. She is so sweet. She is a really happy baby. She was fascinated with Kane she really checked him out. Kane was a little less interested. Well I guess I should say alot less interested. It is so much fun having all these little ones around for Kane to grow up with.
Saturday night it cooled down a little and was a perfect night to go to the Cass County Fair. We had a great night. We went with Aunt Nikki, Aunt Angie and Cousins Caleb and Joshua. Nikki got a funnel cake and shared with Kane. Kane went to his first parade and loved it. He waved like crazy at everyone and loved the bands. He danced like crazy. He got lots of candy also. He choked a little on a sucker and that was the end of those. Then we went and rode some rides. At first we were bummed because he was to short to ride any of them but then we asked the guys and they let him ride with Cousin Caleb. So that was fun. His first ride he screamed when it was over. He loved it and didn't want to get off. Caleb rode on the roller coaster and at first he didn't look like he was enjoying it to much but then he started smiling away and screaming. They had a great time. We then went over to check out the animals. And to finish the night off we watched the semi-tractor pull and ate free hamburgers. It was a great night and it was only $20! Can't beat that. And Kane slept until 7:45 this morning!
