Little one update
We had our 12 week appointment on Thursday. They couldn't find the heartbeat so we did an ultrasound. You can see it's little head now. It is actually starting to look like something. You can see the cord also. Only 6 more weeks and we will finally know what we are having. We are dying to know. But so far everything with the baby looks good.

The mounds of dirt are about 10-15 ft wide. Those are roots of trees pulled out of the ground. There was alot of damage to peoples houses but I didn't want to take pictures of those. I feel sorry for some of them they got hit hard. There was a cool story though about two Jack Russell's getting sucked up but they were found the next day a mile away with no injuries. Tornado's do some weird things.
Golf ball hail fell. Both of our cars have damage. We are going today to get an insurance estimate and check for Chris' truck.
It seemed to follow the electric towers. There were about 10 destroyed like this that I saw.

More Crazy Weather
Had another weekend of crazy weather. Chris went to Gainesville with his dad for the NHRA Races. The kids and I were just hanging out watching tv on Saturday night when I heard a loud bang on the roof. Out of nowhere it started hailing golf balls and raining. While the cats and Mindy the dog ran for cover Tweek and I went to the front porch to watch. Little did I know that there was a tornado 2 miles in front of me and another about 5 miles beside me. I had no clue until the next day. We lost power until the next morning. But we were lucky. Chris called from his parents house on Sunday afternoon so I could come pick him up. When I started to drive down the road it was closed. I was like what in the world. So I called Chris to tell him that I had to go around it would be a little longer. When I turned the corner I was like oh my gosh. I said it looks like a dang tornado came through here. Chris said it did. My heart jumped to think I was standing on the front porch while this was going on. It looked like a warzone. But we were lucky. Nobody was killed and all our friends and coworkers only had minimal damage. Some still don't have power but they are just thankful to still have a house. There were some houses completely gone. And the electric towers were just rolled up into balls of metal. We both have hail damage to our cars. Chris' truck is really bad so we put in insurance claims. But we can't deal with the local office because this is considered a catastrophe. So this should be fun getting the cars fixed. I guess sometimes you just have to feel lucky. It could have been so much worse.

Elton John
Elton John came to Savannah on Wed. We were so excited. It sold out in 7 minutes. But I was able to get tickets by logging on to the net when they first went on sale. It was a great show. We were 1 section over from where he was on the stage and about 30 rows up. It was awesome. He can play the heck out of a piano. If you ever get the chance to see him it is well worth it.

Bad Weather
We had crazy weather this weekend. It started on Friday with tornado's. Saturday it was just crazy windy. We had big tree's fall down at our house. It took out the power lines so I was without electricity all day. It is kind of scary to think that those tree's could have fallen on a car driving by. And there is no where to park your car that is safe because your house is surrounded by big trees. I was sick all weekend. There is a nasty cold/flu going around. Even my poor little Macamoe has it. She can't stop sneezing. I feel bad for her. I feel a little better today. But there is not much I can eat that doesn't make me feel sick. Maybe my luck has run out and the symptoms are starting.

Nothing New
Well nothing new. So far I have been really lucky. Only symptom is wanting to sleep all the time. I was already a napper and it has gotten worse. I count down to nap time everyday. Right now I have 20 minutes until I can leave work and go take a nap. Chris is dying to know if it is a boy or girl. He is counting down the weeks. I think he actually wants to know more then I do and I want to know bad. But it will probably still be 7 more weeks before we can find out. It will be a long 7 weeks. We are both really excited. I was already putting on weight before I got pregnant so I am afraid I am going to be the blimp by the time this is done. I am trying to walk 2 miles a day on the treadmill at an incline so hopefully that will help some.
