Work Baby Shower
Had a baby shower at work on Wed. Got lots of cute things. Had just as many men show up as women. I think they wanted the cake and free food but they brought money and gift cards so they were more then welcome. We were able to use the gift cards to get the last things we needed for the nursery. We are going to get most of it finished up on Sunday but Chris got stuck working tonight so tomorrow we will probably just relax and enjoy some football. Yes it is that time of year again! I am so excited I can't wait for college game day to start at 10 am tomorrow. I have been waiting months for college football to start again.

Kane Update
Had our monthly visit on Thursday. Everything is looking good. We are going in two weeks for another ultrasound to check his size. Looking like a big baby. I am still feeling good. Just really tired. I had to do some therapy for a nerve in my tailbone but I am feeling much better. Just feel really fat! Although I have only gained two lbs in the last two months. Don't understand it. Dr. said enjoy it. Most women gain alot this time of their pregnancy. I wanted to go to the Tennessee vs Florida football game in September but the Dr said no. Chris was worried and asked and she said it would be dangerous that late in my pregnancy. I was just going to go and not ask. I guess it is good to have a husband that looks out for me. Although I think he has lost his mind. He said on the way home that he would be happy with 3 boys. I would go crazy.
Baby Shower
Chris' mom had a baby shower for us last Saturday. It was fun. Got lots of good gifts. His aunts came up from Jacksonville and the other came down from South Carolina. It was nice to see all of them. Janie's friend came down from North Carolina and she helped alot. She got the coolest robe for Kane. I think that was our favorite gift. She also brought down a three tiered diaper sculpture. It was really neat. Nikki, Mom, and Grandma Brady sent me almost everything we need to decorate the nursery. Chris' parents had a zoo at their house. I bet they were glad when everyone finally went home and they got some peace. The boys hung out on the back deck until the girls were done and then everyone just hung out all night. I actually managed to stay awake until 1am. That is really late for me. We got our crib in. I love it. I looked at a million cribs and for some reason this one just stuck with me. Chris' parents were so awesome and bought it for us. Once we get the nursery finished I will post a picture of it. Chris put it together on his day off Tuesday all by himself and didn't complain once. He has been so great during this pregnancy.
